My order was a bit complicated and there was not anything on your site that truly fulfilled my needs. I sent a message via email and was contacted in less than 1 hour. The gentleman that called was kind, patient , honest and understanding. At the time we were in the midst of a bad weather due to hurricanes and our conversation was very difficult but this gentleman did all he could to guarantee me that my need was very important to 14Kzone and that he would do all that he could to help me. When I was finally able to speak with him about exactly what I wanted, he was upfront and told me that he had to check with someone else and that he would contact me as soon as possible with the information. I was amazed, this was a weekend so I did not expect a return call from him til the following week. But to my surprise and joy, he said that they had a solution for my problem if I was agreeable. Incredibly, I was willing to pay for a more expensive to get what I wanted but this gentleman told me that no, the larger product would not suit me as well as the less expensive one. He explained to the modification that would have to be made and a mere fraction of the cost elsewhere so, I placed my order. I received my bracelet today and must say that the quality of the piece is unbelievable!! The craftsmanship is incredible !! The support is better than anything I have ever received anywhere. If there is anything that anyone needs and they do not see the exact thing on this site...speak to support. If there is anyway at all that it can be done, they will do it for you. I rarely if ever submit a testimonial for a product or company.. but I was so impressed that I just had to say, THANK YOU! If I ever need anything again, I will not hesitate to come to this site or refer it to anyone. Thank you so much for the wonderful job and thank you for being so kind and accommodating. It was a true pleasure speaking with your representative and look forward to doing business with you again.
I received an email this morning stating a USPS shipment was on it way to me from you. I don't believe that the charm I mailed back has arrived in California yet, which means that you have shipped the second charm before receiving the first one. I wish to offer a big Thank You for that additional courtesy you've paid me.
In today's society it seems trust and respect for others has taken a backseat to selfishness and enterprise. It is very refreshing to know that there are people like you who still operate their business on trust of others and their word. Thank you not only for the experience I've had through this entire purchase and exchange process, but for allowing me to know someone who conducts business "the old fashioned way". I do want to tell you Elie, I have purchased tons of stuff online. I have been using the net in my high tech career for many years, longer than most knew the net was around. In all my dealings, for have been one of the best communicators, and businessmen I have dealt with. From one businessman to another it is nice to know someone other than myself still cares about the customer.

(it's a motocross symbol in case you didn't know that ) whoopee right.... I can't get a way from this sport - my 3 year old is now riding one.... god help me
