Return Products

To return or exchange items, simply note your request on the invoice and ship the items back to the address provided below. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of shipping returned merchandise. We kindly request that you return your jewelry in its original condition. Upon receipt, your jewelry will be inspected by a specialist or certified gemologist, as per industry standards. Please allow 2-3 business days for the refund to be processed and credited to your account.

*Due to the customized nature of the items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for personalized jewelry, photo jewelry, custom jewelry, special orders, shortened or lengthened bracelets, necklaces and chains, ring sizing, engraving, and birthstone settings.
