How To Order Custom Jewelry

1. Draw a quick sketch of what you want or assemble any images that relate to your dream piece.

2. Make notes indicating:

• Gender
• Size (width, height, thickness if necessary)
• Metal (silver, white or yellow gold, 10k, 14k, 18k)
• Shape (flat or 3-D)
• Light or heavy weight(flat or 3-D)
• Gemstone (Birthstone, CZ or Diamonds)

3. Email all info to webmaster@14kzone.com or send in the simple form below.

4. We will reply to your request within 1 business day.

5. We keep communicating throught out the email until we both are sure of what needs to be done.

6. Once we are settled and ready to order you can go to our custom order page and select the price we agreed on.

6. Payments are requisite up front either by credit card, money order, cashier check, or personal check (please note that if you submit payment via personal check we will begin constructing your custom jewelry once the check has cleared the bank.) If for whatever reason you are unable to make the payment in full, we do accept layaway but won't process your order until paid in full.

Please note that all custom jewelry orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
