If, however, you are not happy with your purchase, for any reason, you have a 45-day trial period to return your jewelry for a 100% refund*.
Return Products
To return items for refund or exchange, simply write your request on the invoice and ship the item(s) back to address shown on invoice. Unfortunately we do not cover the cost of shipping for return merchandise and apologize for any inconvenience. We do ask that your jewelry be returned in its original condition. In keeping with industry practice, it will be inspected and identified by a specialist and/or certified gemologist. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be credited to your account.
Stock items returned after 30 days are not entitled to refunds.

Please Note: Due to manufacturing processes, gold weights are approximate and can vary plus or minus from the advertised weight. Advertised prices are based on the piece of jewelry not the actual weight.
