Each photo pendant has a 1-Year limited guarantee under normal usage. These photo pendants are waterproof and water resistant.
Our Warranty will not cover:
 Repairs made at a jewelry shop.
Placing the piece near fire or hot source.
Intentional misuse.
Showering daily with the piece.
Sun exposure on a daily basis.
Spraying perfume directly onto the piece.
Wearing the piece next to another piece of jewelry which could impact with each other and this may cause it to scratch.
Note: These photo pendants are not chemical proof. Therefore using products like shampoo, conditioner, detergents, etc... will damage the piece. Our technicians will inspect any returned item to approve your warranty.
