1. What is a photo pendant?
The photo pendant is a solid gold disc with your photo image (laser-engraved) directly onto the charm. Photos on pendants can be in color or black and white.
2. Is the actual photo placed on the pendant?
NO. Pendants are laser-engraved and original photograph will not be altered.
3. Are photo pendant protected?
YES. Photo pendants are protected by a hardened mineral crystal that makes the charm completely waterproof.
4. Are photo pendant heat-resistant?
YES. However, direct fire might cause damage that is impossible to repair.
5. What does the guarantee cover?
The one year guarantee covers defects and/or damages on jewelry with the exception of normal wear and tear, in which all cases, the item should be presented back to us for repair or replacement.
6. What kind of pictures can be used for the photo pendants?
Any color or black and white photograph can be used, or high resolution digital images saved in the following formats (.jpg .bmp .tiff .eps).
7. Can separate images be in one single pendant?
YES. There is an additional $30.00 for each separate picture.
8. Are photo pendant scratch-resistant? If not, can it be polished?
NO. The pendant is 14k gold and with regular wear and tear, it is normal for it to develop minor scratches.
9. Are colors on the pendant identical to the original photograph?
Since picture is being laser engraved on gold, there might be a some variation.
10. Are photo pendants refundable?
NO. Photo pendants are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, sales are final.
