How To Order Custom Jewelry!

1. Do whatever it is you need to do to relax and visualize the perfect piece of jewelry. Whether you would like charms, pendants, a necklace or earrings, draw a quick or detailed sketch and jot down notes dictating specifications. Think about if you want sterling silver, 10k, 14k, 18k yellow or white gold, rose gold or platinum. If you are ordering a custom ring determine which finger you or the recipient will be wearing it on so you can choose a size. Consider color options, possible gemstones, diamonds, cubic zircon, etc. Remember the more detailed your description, the more accurately we can provide you with an estimate.

Based on the information you have provided we will either proceed with your free estimate or contact you if we need more information to provide you with an accurate estimate for your custom jewelry.
   
   
3. You have a permanent imprint of the perfect customized jewelry and an estimate. Now all you need to do go for it. When you are ready to order submit your order online or download the order form to submit by mail or fax. From the custom order entry page select the price from the drop down menu. Continue the ordering process as usual until you get to the checkout page, where you will find a special instruction text box to fill out with your custom order details. Payments are requisite up front either by credit card, money order, cashier check, or personal check (please note that if you submit payment via personal check we will begin constructing your custom jewelry once the check has cleared the bank.) If for whatever reason you are unable to make the payment in full, we do accept half, however, this payment must be either money order or cashiers check. Custom orders typically take 7-10 business days to complete and we will send you a confirmation email once we receive your order.
